High alkali yarn: The umbrella bone made is sturdy, elastic, and has good toughness, and will not crack. It can pass non-toxic and compressive tests. The umbrella frame used for high-end umbrellas is usually produced using this high alkali yarn.
Medium alkali yarn: characterized by being relatively soft, suitable for making accessories for short umbrellas.
According to the size of the umbrella, the thickness of the fibers used varies: the conventional thickness of fiber bones is 6.0MM 5.0MM, 4.5MM, 4.2MM, 4.0MM, 3.5MM, 3.2MM, 3.0MM, 2.8MM, 2.5MM, 2.0MM, etc. The cost of coarse bones is generally higher than that of fine ones. That's why the same full fiber umbrella bone has different prices. The cost of thicker fiber bones is higher, with more materials used and heavier umbrella bones, which are relatively sturdy. When customers buy fiber umbrellas, they should also pay attention to the thickness of the fiber bones. And the quality, fiber bone with a brighter surface is usually better.
